We are a new brand of outdoor furniture, accessories and complements.


Who is behind Diabla?

We belong to GANDIABLASCO, a Spanish company with almost eight decades of history in the national and international contemporary design market.


Why purchase from Diabla?

Because you love to spend time outdoors and you consider yourself a creative person, so you seek furniture, objects and products with a very special design and a touch of colour to make your surroundings and you time outdoors stylish and original.

Our products are mainly manufactured by Valencian companies, as we like to support the local economy.

Yes, of course. We offer a 2 year guarantee.


About the purchasing process


How can I buy a Diabla product?

Easy. It’s like most online shops. Add the products you want to buy to the basket. Then we’ll ask you for the necessary information to process the transaction and finalise your order. After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the information about your order and we’ll send your purchase to you as soon as possible.


How can I pay for my orders?

We accept most credit cards, and you can pay via our online payment gateway and also via PayPal.


About our delivery and returns policy


In which countries can I buy Diabla products?
Through our website, right now you can only buy Diabla products for delivery within European  territoryHowever, if you are outside the European country and you wish to purchase one of our products, please contact us (info@diablaoutdoor.com). We’ll try to help you if we can through Diabla and GANDIABLASCO’s distributors .

Can I return or exchange my order?

In accordance with the applicable legislation, you have 14 working days from delivery of the product to reject all or part of your order and return the product (according to art. 44 of law 7/1996 of 15 January on the regulation of retail trade, which was modified by law 47/2002 of 19 December).

 

Diabla will not accept any such returns after the 14 days have passed.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service, but to ensure fast, problem-free returns you must follow these instructions exactly:

  1. Contact us as soon as you’re sure the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Remember that you have 14 working days.
  2. . Send us an email (diabla@diablaoutdoor.com), putting “Returns” in the subject. Explain the reason for returning the order in the body of the text. If the products are damaged or faulty, send us photographs of the damage and provide us with the invoice number. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to deal with your case and make arrangements.
  3. When returning the product, package the goods carefully so they won’t be damaged during transport, preferably in their original packaging. When you received your package, it should have included a returns form and label. Place the returns form inside the package. Stick the returns label on the outside and remember to remove the old label with your delivery address on it.
  4. If it’s a small item, you can resent the package via your nearest post office or by courier service. However, whether it’s a small or large package, we can arrange a day and time for our transport service to come and pick it up. The transport agency used by Diabla will contact you directly to arrange to pick it up.
    Bear in mind that if the reason for returning the product is not attributable to Diabla, you will be liable for the delivery costs.

Can I cancel an order that I’ve already paid for but that has not yet been delivered?


Yes. Diabla will refund the price minus the shipping costs if it has already been dispatched.


Will they bring my orders right up to the door of my house?

Voluminous goods will be delivered by a transport agency. In this case, unless stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the main entrance, as is usual for this type of deliveries. The transport company may contact you by telephone or email to arrange the delivery date and time. Also bear in mind that you will be responsible for disposing of any pallets and packaging waste.
