Legal warranty conditions for Diabla® branded products
In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; all DIABLA® branded products are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of the invoice against any defect in materials or workmanship that affects their functionality.
Specific claims for material or manufacturing defects should be directed to the authorized distributor of GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. (owner of the DIABLA® brand) from whom the product was purchased directly, notifying the incident and including the photographs necessary to show the claimed defect, as well as the invoice or sale receipt.
Once the incidence is reviewed, provided that the product has been kept under normal conditions of use and the specified maintenance procedures have been carried out, and provided that the lack of conformity of the product is due to a defect in materials or manufacturing, only GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. will have the power to determine the rectification option, which may be to repair or replace the product, at no cost to the consumer or end user, or even to reduce the price of the product, depending on the magnitude of the defect and/or the inability to apply any of the other options.
GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. will not be liable, under any circumstance, for damages or defects caused by events unrelated to the manufacturing of the product or by consequences of catastrophic atmospheric causes (fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.), of accidents (blows, falls, etc.), by manipulation or attempted repair by a third party as well as storage in inadequate conditions by the client or user, by damages caused during transportation, distribution and/or delivery of the product to the client or user or by improper use or maintenance of the product by the user; as well as defects or imperfections that resulted from the passage of time or damage resulting from the use itself (loss of color or brightness, changes in wood texture, scratches on structures or worn on upholstery due to use or improper or incorrect stacking, etc...)
Repair and after-sales services
Outside the warranty period, or when the warranty is canceled by the above assumptions, Technical Service may propose a budget for a repair service. In these instances, transportation costs in both directions are covered by the client. Both the cost of the repair and transportation costs must be paid before proceeding with the repairs.
GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. is not responsible for damages caused to people or objects due to improper use or maintenance.
