Let’s celebrate the beauty of unusual places and extreme landscapes, with that strange uniqueness that overwhelms us as our own.
Green is the colour of the first shoots of spring. And as incredible as it may seem, it is also the colour from a lagoon in Lanzarote known as Charco Verde, where we have arrived with our Lilly collection, ready to immerse ourselves in its waters and relax on its soft seats. Lilly’s stylish modules in an unusual pink are almost the least extravagant of a landscape with so many contrasts, between the intense green colour of the water, a mixture of algae and sulfur, plus the sand and black rock walls of the beach found this lagoon. By the way, a very inspiring colour trio for an outdoor lounge area.
“The shapes resemble many of the processes that Lilly Reich used, such as the curves of the metal and the sinuous lines that draw each object. If we follow the exterior structure of the Lilly chair, we will see a meandering figure that never begins or ends. The color contrasts and the use of red color also inspired us. Not only in the design process, but in knowing that this product would fit Diabla perfectly. The structure and fabric, presented in different colors and combinations, create a beautiful pattern, almost as if its structure were drawing a geometric pattern on the fabric.”
