Let’s celebrate the beauty of unusual places and extreme landscapes, with that strange uniqueness that overwhelms us as our own.
Like flamingos in the middle of a technical stop, we have arrived with our Grill collection to this cactus oasis in the Quebrada de la Chimba National Reserve, Chile. Just being there, with your feet touching the sand, the pleasant spring temperature gets into your body. We quickly realize that a bit of la vie en rose goes well with this landscape. Because when we design outdoor spaces, we often tend to choose neutral and earth tones that blend harmoniously into the environment. However, injecting them with a daring colour, totally exotic and alien to the territory, can be a very original and stylish option.
“We wanted them to be outdoor chairs. This was important to us. Although they work very well indoors, the main thing was their outdoor use. Hence the material in which they are made. In the same way, we wanted them to be light and stackable, because this way they can be integrated into both more private settings and larger projects, such as restaurant or hotel terraces.”
