This is the low coat rack from our D12 collection, for bags, garments or smaller objects. Designed by architect Marià Castelló, these pieces were created to complement the architecture of the Bosc d'en Pep Ferrer project, Castelló’s home on the island of Formentera: a sober and minimalist house for which the architect conceived an entire collection of accessories, including a high rack, wall shelf y two tables.
As its name suggests, the D12 low coat rack is made with a thin, 12 mm diameter steel rod. All pieces in this collection are basic structures with simple lines, conceived with a clear function. The airy figure of this coat rack, like traces that converge in their trajectory towards opposite sides, make it a minimal and ethereal element that mimics its environment or, just as well, it can become an energetic color accent thanks to its extensive and provocative range of color options.
All of the elements from the D12 collection can be used both indoors and outdoors. So, for example, the low coat rack can also be used to hang your swimming cap.
Hang whatever you can think of, these are multipurpose elements: hang magazines, hats, trays, garments...
Are you decorating an entryway? If so, we recommend you also take a look at the matching shelf. Perhaps you can put together a duo or a composition with several D12 elements.
If you are thinking of buying more than one, consider the possibility of getting different colors. The combination will work no matter what, because Diabla colors are designed to go well together. In addition, you may use our colour card to make sure that your choice chromatically harmonizes with your space.
